At Ignite personal training we believe in achieving results through SMART goal setting in combination with detailed movement assessments performed during the initial consultation phase. Regardless of your personal goals, this foundation will provide a safe and informed path towards creating a phased program that will connect the link between where you’re at, and where you want to be.
Following the initial phase, there will be implementation phase(s) where training modalities are applied to create desired adaptations. To maintain tracking of metrics, and accountability periodic re-evaluations may be performed.
Ignacio has been helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals since 2008 where he began his coaching journey at Equinox. Striving to bring elements of performance, strength, functionality, and mental wellness to his clients has been the focal point since day one. Ignacio also boasts a wealth of training experience in sports, playing professional Ultimate frisbee with the New York Empire (UFL), New York Rumble (MLU). He is certified through the nationally accredited NCSF, additional certifications include FRC (Functional Range Conditioning), VIPR (Vitality. Performance, and Rehabilitation), Annette Lang Pre & Post Natal certification
